Coming to the Shopify App Store

Schedule the sale.
Skip the 11pm price revert.

SalePilot schedules a Shopify sale — start time, end time, timezone, discounts — then reverts every price back to normal on its own. No calendar reminder, no logging in at midnight.

In review with the Shopify App Store now. Free plan and a 14-day Pro trial at launch.

What SalePilot actually does

Everything a scheduled Shopify sale needs — nothing it doesn't

Six features, built around one job: put a sale on your store at the right time, and take it off again without you watching the clock.

Schedule with your own clock

Pick a start and end date and time, on a timezone that defaults to your store's — sensible defaults included, a 7-day sale from 09:00 to 23:59.

Percentage off, at any scope

Discount a whole collection, specific products, or down to individual variants — the same rule type, three levels of precision.

Buy more, save more

Quantity-break rules run as a native Shopify Automatic Discount: the listed price stays put, the discount applies at checkout once the cart qualifies.

See conflicts before they surprise you

If two rules target the same variant, the overlapping-rules report shows exactly which discount wins and what price the shopper actually sees.

A countdown bar, tied to the sale

Write the copy once. The announcement bar switches on the moment the sale applies and off the moment it reverts — no separate publish step.

Automatic revert, with a report

Prices go back to normal on their own, at the scheduled end time, whether or not you're logged in. Panic revert ends it early. Either way, a revert report confirms every price by name.

See every step first

All twelve guides are written from the real app copy — install to automatic revert.

The SalePilot flight path

One sale, three stages, zero manual revert

Every sale event moves through the same three stages. SalePilot handles the middle one automatically, and confirms the last one with a report.

  1. Scheduled
  2. Live
  3. Reverted

Scheduled

Set a name, start/end date and time, and a timezone. Add discount rules — percentage or quantity-break. Nothing goes live until the schedule says so.

Live

Prices apply — by you clicking "Apply from discount rules," or on their own at the scheduled start. The announcement bar switches on with it.

Reverted

Prices restore automatically at the end time — or immediately, via Panic revert. The revert report confirms every SKU by name, and never overwrites a price you edited by hand.

Pricing

Two plans. One difference.

The only thing Free vs Pro changes is how many sale events you can apply in a calendar month. Every feature — discounts, the announcement bar, previews, the revert report, Panic revert — works the same on both.
